General Questions
Q. Why do I have to pay a fee to play?
There is a fee because we are:
1. Renting the room and providing an internet connection.
2. Buying pizza and Bawls for attendees (Believe me buying enough bawls for 100 people isn't cheap)
3. Covering expenses associated with all the things mentioned above in the we will provide section.
Any additional money (profit) will be used to make future LAN parties better, for example actual prizes like gift cards to newegg or new popular hardware like the Bigfoot networks Killer NIC.
Essentially it's the same thing as going to one of the smaller local lan parties where you guys will bring for pizza. Well now you get Pizza, bawls and a really really nice place to game in.

Q. What if I only want to play one game?
If you only want to play one game then that's cool, you just need to have other people to play it with you. We aren't forcing people to play anything we will play whatever people are most interested in. We will also have 5 permanant servers set up constantly running games that people want to play the most (decided by online registration).

Q. What games will be played in a tourmanant setting?
This is a chicken and the egg problem. As for the point of having (registering) a team... as teams register I can create a tournamant, if there are no teams I can't really create an organized tournamant.
It's still possibile that people will still want to organize things on the spot and thats cool, we'll try to have servers available for you to play on as the demand occurs. It's just easier for us to have the infrastructure in place before hand if teams would register in advance.

Q. What games are getting the most votes?
Right now the games people have been most interested in playing (the ones that registered interest that is) are CS:S, WC3(ROC), and Tremulous.
So again, if you only want to play one game then that's cool, I'm sure that there will be enough players around to be running 3 - 4 different games at once. Besides there isn't a game that will support all (75-100) of us playing the same thing at once anyways.
I hope this answered your questions, if you have suggestions feel free to forward them on using the registration page. And please remember to register the games you want to play.
